Help Us Save 25 More Children

This year we’re setting the goal of providing life-saving heart procedures for 25 more children: one for each of our 25 years. Help us save 25 children for 25 years!

Be a Light in the Life of a Child

Your support makes a positive difference for a child, their family, community, and country. Every contribution is an investment in a future where no child suffers from lack of access to care.

Mwewa is a 14-year-old girl from Lusaka, Zambia. She arrived in Israel independently, accompanied by a group nurse, and underwent life-saving surgery at the Wolfson Medical Center in May of 2021.

Mama Josaiah

At nine months old, Josiah was diagnosed with a complex heart defect called tetralogy of Fallot. Needing surgical intervention to survive, he was brought to Israel with his mother in the spring of 2021 and underwent a life-saving heart surgery performed by the Save a Child's Heart medical team.

Ester was diagnosed with a heart condition when she was eight years old and was our 2,500th patient in 2011. During a SACH mission to Tanzania in 2020, it was determined that Ester required a subsequent procedure to survive. Despite the challenges of travel during the pandemic, Ester underwent another life-saving heart operation in July 2021.

Mama Harvey

Harvey was diagnosed with a life-threatening heart condition, and arrived in Israel for treatment in 2009 at just five months old. After undergoing surgical repair and returning in 2013 for subsequent treatment, Harvey is currently back in Israel to undergo a life-saving heart operation. This procedure is expected to be the last in a series of treatments that will enable Harvey to live a healthy life.
